    in one way i agree that my system is low on resources, but i looked at the system requiremnts for windows 2000 and it stated that i need atleast 133mhsz with 32 RAM. i'll c how it goes that i will let u ppl know. thanx for the adveice ya all

    Stability: In my view I think it is the best and most stable operating system around, it never crashes on me I may get some crap cheap program crashing about once a month or so but that’s it. When "Microsoft" designed this great operating system one of their main targets was to make a 100% stable operating and I think that they have done something spot on for once.


    Upgrade: From looking at your computer specification I think you need to upgrade alot for example your processor is very slow try upgrading the motherboard because I don't think "today's" processors will be able to fit onto your board. And also the memory "needs" to have some more, the recommended memory for win2k is 128MB. Also think about getting a new hard drive like a 40GB or bigger if your motherboard can’t handle it.


    Speed: And for the speed on win2k, out of win95 to winxp I have found windows 2000 to be faster and run more smoothly, I think it is the perfect operating system for any home and the BEST for business use. Below are links to some site for tweaking win2k:
