Use a program such as AIM or ICQ, and do a file transfer. I once sent over 200mb through ICQ...

Probabily the most convienent way is through FTP, but if you both have an AIM account and the time you can transfer it that way?

    icq is the better route
aim can trasnfer large folders all day long, but ive had issues with it being finiky and crashign with large files

icq has no problems, do it that route
altough ftp is alot, uhhh, "cleaner"

I had a little ftp server program that worked great for that kind of thing. I haven't used it in a while though so I can't remember the name. There are lots out there so do a search. Try www.download.com

i find MSN is slower then ICQ. ICQ is the best, besides FTP.

Could you be thinking of Serv-U? It's a very easy program to use...basically idiot-proof. That's the way I would send the file.

Use ICQ or similar, far quicker and hassle free.
