it's you're fault they didn't get to him. until he actually puts his hands on the speakers, you're responsible for them. if you paid $20 for shipping, you should have got a tracking number so that you would know at all times where they are, if they were delivered, who received them, etc. That way if they were misdelivered, you could go after UPS or whoever for compensation. But you can't charge him half his money for a product he never received.
