Diablo 2 vs. Dungeon Siege

I will put this as simply as I can. I loved Diablo, and Diablo 2 and Lord of Destruction. I came close to an addiction with D2/LOD. I LOVED every moment of playing until I finally burned out in January 2002.
If you truly enjoyed D2, you will enjoy Dungeon Siege. Its not the same, its very different, and PLEASE skip the single player and go immediately to multi- player. Granted, the multi-player infrastructure sucks, you cant even message people in games, and sometimes, you cant even join games, for no reason at all, and its all terribly frustrating. But, in the end, when you finally manage to get into a game, the graphics are wondrous, its great fun and sometimes the game is simply stunning.
If I had to choose one over the other, it would indeed be D2/LOD but that dosent mean that Dungeon Siege is lacking. Its just another thing you should truly experience that offers a remarkable experience.
