You might want to try to back off your overclock a bit.

stuff...
I can't believe you've never had this problem before:
Well, the only way to solve this (that I know of) is to reinstall the software that is causing this problem. This error means that a file needed to run the program is corrupt and needs to be replaced. If you downloaded the setup, then you should re-download just in case.

after all the bsod problems i've seen you post, it's leading me to believe that you have some piece of hardware failing...perhaps the cpu....as everyone else here has mentioned before regarding the bsods...take your pentium back down to it's 166Mhz default.

If that's your work computer, I would stop fiddling with it. If you play games on it, then I suggest saving up and buying a Nintendo Gamecube. They aren't as expensive as a PC (£129), and you won't have to worry about 'tweaking' your present computer to improve performance.
Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 | Corsair PC2-6400 DDR2, 2GB.
Inno3D 8800GT, 512MB | Turtle Beach Santa Cruz.
Samsung 205BW, 20" WS LCD | E-Yama 17JN1, 17" LCD.
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P | Hiper Type-R, 530W (580W Max).
Seagate ST3500320AS, 500GB | Pioneer DVR-108.

That's not something you should say in a computer forum .

If you want to receive accurate information to assist you in overcoming your problems then truthful disclosure should be a must. Some people can get away with some exaggeration, but when the information is completely false that's another story. If you want to be taken serious in these formus then maybe you need to be truthful in the future.
Inetel Celeron 166 Overclocked to 233
What is this? I thought Celerons started with the 266 MHz chip. A 166 MHz Intel chip would most likely be a vanilla Pentium. Would you care to comment?

guys lay off. So what is she acts like a newbie....we were all there at some point, confused and stuck in an old business machine that just won't do what we want it to. BTW I am not sticking up for her because she's a girl (if ya are.....) but because I know what it's like.
GNH, try reformatting as mentioned. And, if at all possible look into buying at least a duron setup, as long as you don't need any peripherals, you should be able to do it for under 400 for a basic one that would still kill your present setup. All you would need is a mobo, cpu, and some faster RAM. And of course, maybe a new modem and thing like that in case your old ones don't respond to the new hardware.
Thing One: Core2Duo E7200 @ 3.6GHz//2x2GB OCZ DDR2 800//Asus P5Q Pro//ATi HD 4850 PCI-E//ATI TV-Wonder HD650//500GB SATA Caviar Black HDD//12x LiteOn DVD-RW//22" Acer LCD Widescreen
Thing Two: 1.6GHz Atom//1024MB SODIMM//160GB HDD//intel Graphics//8.9" LCD Screen
