    Sure, the part where he's letting Chinese people have knowledge of 'critical infrastructure' is dodgy, but what about the other company's he's working for? Why is it a bad thing?

    Having worked with Chinese outsourcers before, getting them to do what you want, in the timeframe you want it in and at the quality you need it is a tremendous skill all in its own. It's why some companies have departments and managers devoted to managing outsourced employees.

    The company is still getting the results they were looking for while paying the amount they agreed upon. Subcontracting is the norm is so many fields.
