Ive always liked the Blood Angels colors (blood red + black) and the Imperial Fists (lots of yellow) but if you wanna be really cool, you could totally do the Blood Ravens from DoW.

The Codex books also have plenty of good color options and usually show the different Legions color schemes so you can choose what you like.
