Low-power-consumption card for Photoshop?
I'm looking to get a decent video card for image editing on Photoshop CS4, and ~possibly~ video editing for Premiere Pro.
CS4 isn't very GPU intensive, so I don't need the latest pro-gaming-level card. I don't even play games. Pretty much any decent card with 512MB+ ram will do. Rather, I'm looking for something that has low power consumption, efficient, and runs relatively cool, for around $50. This is because it will need to go inside this micro-ATX case, where power and running temperature is a concern:

Can anybody make any recommendations from the selection of widely available cards today (from TigerDirect or Newegg)? I was looking at this card and it seems it might good:

I myself prefer ATi cards. This is the card I'm putting in a computer I'm building for my mom. It's small, quiet, and won't hardly generate any heat or use much power. It also fits into your budget and has free shipping.

I guess I'll be the first to ask: why do you need a separate video card anyways? Digital onboard video has excellent 2D quality these days and you're not going to see any performance improvements using a stand-alone card.
Same going for video editing. Unless you invest in an actual video-editing card that offloads rendering (which is going to be high budget) I can't see what you would need a separate card for.
If I was going to invest in a 2D card at all I'd buy a Matrox, but even the cheapest one is in the hundreds of dollars it seems.

If this is going to be done for professional purposes, any video card should fine, as the drivers allow for brightness, contrast, saturation, and many other factors to be adjusted. What you will want to look at carefully is the monitor, as that is where you will find that what you see and what you created in the program may be totally different.

CS4 uses GFX power. So maybe you might want a powerfull card that is not power hungry.
