My account is from 10 years ago. How do I go about changing my handle/user name?

User names cannot be changed except in very extenuating circumstances.
Make your case to JPnyc. He is the only one who can do it.
That said, I'm not aware of any user name being changed in recent history.

I would be willing to change it in your case because you have very few posts and your username is apparently your e-mail.

Just re-register under a new name. It will cost you a bit more than 21,000 posts.
